Refund Policy







There is a no refund policy on Daily, Weekly, Monthly, and Full Season picks packages. Unlike physical goods, electronically distributed information can be easily copied. It is our policy that once we have provided the information to a customer, the sale is final, and the customer may not return the information for a refund. If one of the following situations arise then we will handle each customer inquiry individually, but it may result in a partial refund: handicapper fails to publish plays toward a package on the day of game(s); line movement that results in a significant difference in the odds. There are no performance guarantees on Daily, Weekly, Monthly, and Full Season pick packages. Refunds will not be provided due to poor predictive performance. 





We strive to create premium clothing and accessories for those who enjoy the excitement of the Sportsbook. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our clothing or accessories products please feel free to return them to us for a 100% refund (excluding the original cost of shipping). Clothing and accessories can be returned within thirty (30) days. Send your information to us via the contact form on our website and we will provide you with a shipping address.


There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.


If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
